Apache massage is a great technique to quickly clear stuck energy. It is often considered a headache remedy. Results are achieved while you sit upright in a chair. Deb uses her hands to clear stuck energy. The result is increased relaxation, in as little as 20 minutes. ($35)
A variety of techniques are used during intuitive counselling. The purpose is to assist you to tune into your own inner voice, so that you may better understand your issues and clear blocks that are holding you back from fully being who you really are. This may be done through inner child work, chakra readings, rose readings, past-life regressions, or other techniques. ($90 for adults, $60 for children under 16 years)

A Reiki treatment is a hands-on healing session. You will lay fully clothed on a professional massage table covered in cozy blankets. Soft music plays, natural scents of essential oil fill the air, while Deb places her hands over major energy points in your body, known as chakras. She can place her hands just above your body or directly on the blanket over your body, whatever you choose. Reiki is an amazing healing energy from The Universe. It is very effective for relaxation and stress release. A Reiki treatment is typically 60 minutes, with an additional 10 minutes set aside before or after your session to discuss your questions and/or your experience.
